Do you offer pick-up locations?

Yes, if being home to sign for deliveries is a challenge, you can arrange to pick up at a nearby UPS Store or other UPS Access Point. Some locations may charge a pick-up fee but if you get a receipt we will reimburse this fee. Contact [email protected]

What states do you not ship to?

My order was damaged in transit.

The carrier may inadvertently damage your box. Please contact us immediately if this happens so we can replace your order. Damages reported more than 60 days after the delivery date will not be covered. Please have clear pictures of the damage and yo

My order is going to be delivered when I’m not home.

Why do I need to sign for my order?

Federal laws and regulations requires us and UPS to ensure signature from someone 21+ is obtained for all alcohol deliveries. Failure to do so can jeopardize our ability to ship wine all together. PLEASE NOTE: We are not allowed to leave the package
