Do you offer pick-up locations?

Yes, if being home to sign for deliveries is a challenge, you can arrange to pick-up at a nearby UPS Store or other access point. Some locations may charge a pick-up fee. Contact [email protected] for help setting this up on pending orders or active

When will my order ship?

Gratsi orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days. To protect wine integrity while in transit, orders placed after 12pm Friday (EST) will ship out on the following Monday. We'll always make three delivery attempts before your order is returned to

Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

My order was damaged in transit.

The carrier may inadvertently damage your box. Please contact us immediately if this happens so we can replace your order. Please have clear pictures of the damage and your label handy to expedite the process and send them to [email protected].

My order is going to be delivered when I’m not home.

My order shipped and I need to change/update my address.

Why do I need to sign for my order?

Due to certain laws and regulations, a signature from someone 21+ is required for all alcohol deliveries. PLEASE NOTE: We are not allowed to leave the package without a signature and age verification.

What happens if my order is returned?

When an order is returned to us, we will reach out via email letting you know so we can discuss re-ship options. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot control the time of UPS deliveries—only the day and location. We also cannot instruct the driver on specific drop-
