Don’t worry! If you’re not home when your Gratsi order arrives, UPS may make additional delivery attempts or provide instructions for the next step. Because Gratsi shipments contain alcohol, an adult 21+ signature is required, so the package cannot be left unattended.

If you know you won’t be available for delivery, we recommend checking your UPS tracking information for available delivery options.

Can I have my order sent somewhere else?

If your package is still in transit and you contact us before UPS completes its delivery attempts, we may be able to request a reroute to an eligible UPS location for pickup.

Please note that not every UPS location can accept alcohol shipments, and reroute requests are not guaranteed. Once UPS has processed the package for its next step, we may no longer be able to make changes.

What can Gratsi control?

We’re happy to help with delivery questions and eligible reroute requests, but there are some things that are outside of our control.

Gratsi cannot:

• Guarantee a specific delivery time
• Request that a driver deliver during a specific time window
• Provide a driver with special drop-off instructions
• Contact a UPS driver directly to request another delivery attempt
• Instruct a driver to leave your package at a side door, back door, garage, or other location
• Guarantee that UPS will make a specific number of delivery attempts
