How do I manage my subscription?

Shipping is always free! In most cases, orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. Depending on when your order is placed, wine deliveries usually arrive within 2-3 business days.

Our wines aren't shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, so please send us an e-mail or reply to your order confirmation notification to let us know if delivery is time sensitive - we're happy to help!

If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we'll contact you via e-mail to keep you updated on the status of your order.

In order to ship alcohol, we're required to get a signature from an adult 21+ upon delivery. Unfortunately, due to laws and regulations, we are not allowed to leave the package without a signature and age verification.

If you're not sure you can be home at the estimated delivery time, though, we recommend choosing a business address or a UPS Store location nearby for convenient pickup.

Gratsi wines are all grown and produced in Washington state, within the greater Columbia River and Yakima Valleys.

All are 100% vegan, grown and produced using sustainable growing methods.

Our Mediterranean-inspired wines are pesticide free, zero in sugar, vegan, gluten free, and paleo and keto friendly.
