Order Processing Time
Orders can take 24–72 hrs. to be processed after your order is placed.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, Gratsi orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days. To protect wine integrity while in transit, orders placed after 12pm Friday (EST) will ship out on the following Monday.
UPS Tracking Updates
It can take a couple of business days for the carrier to start moving a package or update the tracking information. Sign up for a UPS My Choice account to get real-time delivery notifications.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot control the time of UPS deliveries—only the day and location. We also cannot instruct the driver on specific drop-off instructions.

Weather Delays
Gratsi reserves the right to delay shipment in order to prevent damages to products due to weather conditions (such as, but not limited to, extreme temperatures). Gratsi assumes no liability for shipment delays or for any damages to alcohol beverages due to weather, temperature, or related conditions regardless of whether or not the shipment is delayed.
If Gratsi notifies you of a shipment delay due to weather but you still request shipment, Gratsi does not assume any risk for the shipment. Gratsi reserves the right to request written confirmation that you will assume the risk prior to Gratsi shipping the order.
