Do You Offer Pickup Locations?

Yes! If being home to sign for your Gratsi delivery is difficult, a UPS location near you may offer the option to have your package held at an eligible UPS Access Point or other UPS-authorized pickup location.

Because your order contains alcohol, not every UPS location can accept or hold alcohol shipments, so available pickup locations are determined by UPS based on your package and location.

Can I have my order automatically sent to a pickup location?

If you have your UPS delivery preferences set up to have eligible packages automatically sent to a designated UPS pickup location, this can be a convenient way to avoid a missed delivery. When the pickup location is selected through your UPS delivery preferences, you can avoid the pickup fee that may apply when a package is rerouted after it is already in transit.

What if my package is rerouted to a pickup location?

If UPS reroutes your package to an eligible pickup location after it is already in transit, the location may charge a small pickup or handling fee.

If you are charged a fee, please keep your receipt and email a photo of it to [email protected]. We will reimburse you for the eligible pickup fee.

Please note that Gratsi cannot guarantee that a package can be rerouted to a specific location, and available pickup locations are determined by UPS.
