What Is a UPS Access Point?
If you know you won’t be home to sign for your delivery, planning ahead can help you avoid missed delivery attempts and delays.
A UPS Access Point is a nearby UPS-authorized location where your package may be held for pickup instead of being delivered to your home. This can be a convenient option if you’re unable to be available during your delivery window.
Because your Gratsi order contains alcohol, not every UPS Access Point is eligible to accept alcohol shipments. Availability and pickup options are determined by UPS and may vary by location.
If your package is eligible for an Access Point pickup, your UPS tracking information will provide the pickup location and instructions once the package has been routed there.
Please note that Gratsi cannot guarantee that a package can be rerouted to a specific Access Point. If you need assistance understanding your delivery options, our Customer Support team is happy to help. You can reach us via live chat on our website or by emailing [email protected].
We’re always happy to help make your delivery as easy and convenient as possible!
