Our policies below explain when refunds, replacements, and cancellations may be available.</p><h2 id="wine-satisfaction-guarantee"><strong>Wine Satisfaction Guarantee</strong></h2><p><strong>Not satisfied with the wine itself? We&#x2019;re here to help.</strong></p><p>If you are unhappy with the quality or taste of your wine, please contact us within&#xA0;<strong>30 days of delivery</strong> at&#xA0;<a href="mailto:help@gratsi.com"><strong>help@gratsi.com</strong></a>. We&#x2019;ll review your request and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.</p><p>Satisfaction-based refunds and replacements are reviewed&#xA0;<strong>case by case</strong> and are intended for genuine concerns about the wine itself. We may request additional information or photos when needed.</p><p>Our wine satisfaction guarantee does&#xA0;<strong>not</strong> cover:</p><ul data-spread="false"><li>Free promotional items or gifts</li><li>Cosmetic issues that do not affect the wine, such as scuffed labels, minor scratches, or dented cartons</li><li>Requests that have already received multiple satisfaction refunds</li><li>Situations where a satisfaction claim is made instead of, or immediately after, a cancellation request that was not eligible for a refund</li></ul><h2 id="olive-oil--other-non-alcohol-products">Olive Oil &amp; Other Non-Alcohol Products</h2><p>Our&#xA0;<strong>100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to wine only</strong>.</p><p>Olive oil and other non-alcohol products are eligible for a refund or replacement only when they arrive:</p><ul data-spread="false"><li>Damaged</li><li>Defective</li><li>Incorrect</li></ul><p>Please contact&#xA0;<a href="mailto:help@gratsi.com"><strong>help@gratsi.com</strong></a><strong>&#xA0;within 30 days of delivery</strong>. Photos may be requested to help us review the issue.</p><h2 id="refunds--replacements">Refunds &amp; Replacements</h2><p>Refunds and replacements are reviewed&#xA0;<strong>case by case</strong> and subject to applicable law.</p><p>To request a refund or replacement, contact us within&#xA0;<strong>30 days of delivery</strong> at&#xA0;<a href="mailto:help@gratsi.com"><strong>help@gratsi.com</strong></a>.</p><p>In some cases, Gratsi may deduct a restocking fee from a refund.</p><h2 id="subscription-changes--cancellations">Subscription Changes &amp; Cancellations</h2><p>When you sign up for a Gratsi subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for each scheduled shipment until you cancel your subscription.</p><h3 id="need-to-cancel-or-make-a-change">Need to cancel or make a change?</h3><p>Because most orders are fulfilled and shipped within one business day, cancellation or modification requests must be received&#xA0;<strong>within 10 hours of the order being placed</strong>.</p><p>You can submit a request:</p><ul data-spread="false"><li>Through your Gratsi account</li><li>By emailing&#xA0;<a href="mailto:help@gratsi.com"><strong>help@gratsi.com</strong></a></li></ul><p>Shipment reminder emails and text messages are sent as a courtesy before scheduled charges. However, it is the customer&apos;s responsibility to make any changes before the applicable 10-hour cutoff.</p><p>Once the cutoff has passed, we may no longer be able to stop or cancel the order.</p><h3 id="one-time-purchases">One-Time Purchases</h3><p>For one-time purchases, a cancellation or modification request received after the 10-hour cutoff cannot stop the order from shipping. The order will be charged and delivered as scheduled and is not eligible for a refund solely because the cancellation request was received after the cutoff.</p><h3 id="subscription-orders">Subscription Orders</h3><p>The same 10-hour cutoff applies to subscription orders.</p><p>However,&#xA0;<strong>each subscriber receives one lifetime exception</strong>. The first time a cancellation request is received after the 10-hour cutoff, Gratsi will issue a&#xA0;<strong>full refund for that order</strong>.</p><p>Once this one-time exception has been used, future cancellation requests received after the cutoff are not eligible for a refund solely because the customer wanted to cancel the order.</p><p>This cancellation policy does not affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement when an item is&#xA0;<strong>damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost in shipping</strong>.</p><h2 id="lost-shipments">Lost Shipments</h2><p>If your order is lost during shipping, Gratsi will&#xA0;<strong>resend the order at no charge</strong>.</p><h2 id="weather--temperature-delays">Weather &amp; Temperature Delays</h2><p>We may delay shipments when weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, could put products at risk during transit.</p><p>If a shipment is delayed because of weather, we are not responsible for delays or weather- or temperature-related damage to alcoholic beverages.</p><p>If we notify you of a weather-related delay and you still request that your order be shipped, we may ask you to confirm in writing that you accept the risk associated with shipping under those conditions.</p><h2 id="questions">Questions?</h2><p>If you have questions about a refund, replacement, subscription, or cancellation, please contact us at:</p><p><a href="mailto:help@gratsi.com"><strong>help@gratsi.com</strong></a></p><p>We&#x2019;re happy to review your situation and help whenever we can.</p>
