Once opened, our boxes stay fresh for at least 30 days since oxygen is drawn out of the bag with each pour. After that, it's still fine but will begin to lose the freshness that is one of the benefits of the bag-in-box format. Unopened, our boxes are guaranteed for 7 months.

Storing in the fridge is always good but it isn't necessary to maintain freshness as long as the wine isn't stored in a place that's over 75 degrees. The red holds freshness very well, even at room temperature.
