Once opened, our boxes stay fresh for at least 30 days since oxygen is drawn out of the bag with each pour—that is one of the benefits of the bag-in-box format. After that, it's still fine but will begin to lose the freshness. Unopened, our boxes are guaranteed for 7 months.

Storing in the fridge is always good but it isn't necessary to maintain freshness as long as the wine isn't stored in a place that's over 75 degrees. Gratsi Red Wine holds freshness very well, even at room temperature.
