How to open the Gratsi tap:

1.  Pop the panel.
   Punch through and tear away the perforated, striped circle on the front of the box. It's designed to pop clean
2. Pull the tap out.
   Gently pull the spigot forward and cradle it on the circular cutout.
3. Tear off the seal.
   Pull off the small tamper seal on the front of the tap. That's the only piece you'll ever need to remove. From here on, the tap takes care of itself.
4. Get the box where you want it.
   On the counter, on the patio table, on a picnic blanket. Hold it by the strap or set it down. Wherever you are, it's ready.
5.  Lift the red tabs and pour.
   Lift the side tabs up to release the wine. Have your glass ready (a Bacaro glass, of course). When you let go, the tap closes itself. No twisting, no resealing, no mess.
