How to open:

1. Remove the wire cage by untwisting the small metal loop (keep your thumb over the cork for safety). 
2. Pointing the bottle-head away from you and other people nearby, hold the cork firmly and gently twist the bottle, not the cork. 
3. Slowly ease the cork out until you hear a soft pop. 
4. Pour and enjoy! 

If the cork feels tight, that’s normal, sparkling wines are bottled under pressure to preserve freshness and bubbles.
