This is an intensely aromatic crisp dry white that has bags of citric fruit and notes of pink grapefruit. The mouth has a tangy citric feel with a mineral finish. An excellent pairing for grilled white fish and seafood.

The white blend is dominated by Sauvignon Blanc and most of this is sourced from the Limoux region in the foothills of the Pyrenees. This is a cooler part of the Languedoc and gives fresh vibrant white wines. The blend also has a small amount of Chardonnay from the Gard region near Nîmes which gives a little tropical fruit flavor.
