A dark ruby colored wine with a nose of black fruits and a hint of garrigue spice. The mouth is full of berry fruit with undertones of chocolate. The tannins are ripe and juicy with a refreshing, savory finish. This wine pairs beautifully with pasta and meat dishes.

The red blend contains several classic Bordeaux grape varieties but sourced from the western part of the Languedoc. There is Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot from here. These varieties are blended with 2 classic Languedoc natives, namely Grenache and Syrah. Finally the blend has a touch of Italy with some lovely rich Nero d’Avola from the western coast of Sicily.
